I’d love to be able to say that I’ve visited every country I’ve fantasized about. That’s not the case, though. Like most people, I have to plan and save and compromise. But, alas, sometimes throwing caution and budgets to the wind is nothing short of liberating. I don’t need a five star hotel and not being able to afford one won’t stop me from taking a much needed trip.
Really, only two things are required when travelling; a round trip ticket and a place to lay my head. Everything else will fall organically into place. And I’ll know I had a great time if I return with barely enough money for a cup of coffee.
