I received a small box of chocolates by mail from a friend…completely melted!
They looked a hot, sticky mess initially and I almost tossed them. Of course, that would not have been a me thing to do. I never, ever, under any circumstance throw away something as absolutely necessary as chocolate. Even when they are not Swiss. I set about resuscitating those babies and I was successful.
After a few hours in the freezer those chocolates were good as gold. To me they were a work of art.
