Let’s face it, I have not bounced back to my pre-holiday regimen. My juicer isn’t doing the kind of swift business of a few weeks ago.
This can become very scary if I don’t get hold of myself.
Although while watching a movie last night, I sipped an all – fruit smoothie instead of ice cream. Of course, it was 1 a.m and there was no ice cream in the house. For once, making due did not work against me.
That being said, I’ve decided a sweet treat once every two or three days, is a good way to go.
But what happens when I go to a favorite bakery and come away with more than one treat. How do I make it through the night without gobbling it all up?
